In addition, Crown Agents provides technical assistance in capacity building and training. For SCMS, i+solutions manages procurement of antiretrovirals and pharmaceuticals for opportunistic infections and provides technical assistance in quantification, warehouse management, procurement and MIS. i+solutions, a leading pharmaceutical supply chain management consultancy, provides expertise in project management, pharmaceutical procurement and distribution, technical assistance, and training relevant to the treatment of people living with HIV/AIDS. i+solutions is a nonprofit organization that supports governmental and nongovernmental organizations in developing sustainable supply chain systems based on deep experience in regulatory affairs, procurement, warehouse management, and distribution of pharmaceuticals.
JSI is the implementing partner and a principal subcontractor for the Partnership for Supply Chain Management, and in this capacity provides overall management of PFSCM’s efforts. JSI also provides technical expertise in supply chain management, capacity building and training, country operations, MIS, and communications, and both project management and technical direction for selected SCMS country offices, including coordinating country support to HIV/AIDS commodity policy, planning, and operational meetings and coordinating committees. JSI Research & Training Institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health of individuals and communities in the United States and around the world. Founded in 1979, and having implemented projects in 104 countries since its inception, JSI assists developing country governments, donor agencies, nongovernmental organizations, and private companies in strengthening health systems. Through the USAID/DELIVER project and related supply chain contracts, JSI helps to ensure the availability of health supplies by strengthening systems, training people to manage those systems, assisting governments to develop policies that support commodity security, and mobilizing financing for essential health commodities.
MSH, an international nonprofit organization, uses proven approaches developed over four decades to help leaders, health managers, and communities in developing nations build stronger health systems for greater health impact. As a PFSCM partner and principal subcontractor for SCMS, MSH provides project management and technical direction for select SCMS country offices, including coordinating country support to HIV/AIDS commodity policy, planning, and operational meetings and coordinating committees. MSH also provides technical expertise in patient safety and pharmacovigilance, supply chain management, financing, capacity building and training, procurement, policy and governance, MIS, and quality assurance. Through its Center for Pharmaceutical Management, MSH professionals work with host-country partners to strengthen existing systems and implement innovative approaches to help ensure access to and appropriate use of high quality medicines and other health technologies. Since 2007, MSH has been responsible for three major pharmaceutical management programs: the USAID-funded Strengthening Pharmaceutical Systems cooperative agreement (SPS), the Gates-funded Eastern African Drug Seller Initiative (EADSI), and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency-funded INRUD Initiative on Adherence to Antiretrovirals. In 2009, MSH was also awarded the USAID-funded Securing Ugandan's Rights to Essential Medicines cooperative agreement (Uganda SURE).

Since then, The Manoff Group has brought innovations in qualitative research methods, communication strategies, media planning, and the creation of training materials to health, family planning, environment, and nutrition programs around the globe.
For SCMS, MAP operates a regional distribution center in Brunswick, Georgia, in addition to managing a program of donations to augment US Agency for International Development spending on HIV/AIDS commodities. MAP also provides freight forwarding services as
required for Caribbean and Latin American destinations. MAP International, founded over 50 years ago, is a world leader in receipt and distribution of donated medicines and medical supplies for the developing world. With a staff of 130 working on four continents, this nonprofit relief and development agency provides essential medicines through a network of hospitals, clinics, and community/relief center dispensaries in more than 100 countries. MAP has successfully distributed over $1.8 billion worth of medicines and medical supplies since its founding.

For SCMS, NWU provides drug quality assurance, laboratory, and regulatory consultancy services. NWU also participates in vendor prequalification and performance auditing. NWU, part of South Africa’s premier university system, comprises the drug analytical and development experience of the NWU Research Institute of Industrial Pharmacy and the Center for Quality Assurance of Medicines (CENQAM), among others. A designated World Health Organization Collaborating Center for quality assurance (QA), CENQAM has been a regional leader in QA and training since 1994.
For SCMS, Northrop Grumman provides lead management roles in MIS design, development, and systems integration. Northrop Grumman is the largest systems integrator serving the needs of the US government, including US Agency for International Development and each of the funding agencies that support PEPFAR. Northrop Grumman currently manages a large contract providing IT support to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
