The Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) has created this privacy policy in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to users' privacy. This privacy policy describes the information collected on the SCMS website (the "site") and what is done with that information.

Personal Information
The SCMS Project (SCMS) collects contact and user information (for example, name, e-mail address, organization, and country) from users who voluntarily submit an information request from the “Contact Us” page of the SCMS website and participate in the community member registration process. SCMS will only use your email and mailing address to follow up on a specific request to SCMS and to provide you with electronic and traditional mailings of project information based on your expressed interest. Aggregated organizational or country data that is not personally identifiable will be used for internal purposes and may be shared with third parties, for example at global health conferences, for statistical purposes.

SCMS will not electronically publish information entered into your member profile as part of the registration process unless you indicate permission to share this information with the rest of the SCMS Online Community (Community). Should you choose to share this information it will be solely shared through the online member directory or Community forums. Information provided in your member profile or Community forums may be used for internal purposes to better understand and serve the Community overall.

SCMS is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party such as other community members given personal information with your permission, or how this information is used by community members outside the SCMS website.

SCMS cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us. You submit such information at your own risk and agree that SCMS will not be liable for any damages or injury that may result from unauthorized access to your information.

If we change the privacy policy, SCMS will inform registered community members and post the changes on this page to inform site users about the information we collect, how we use the information, and the circumstances in which SCMS discloses the information.
