Website User Agreement: Welcome to the Supply Chain Management System(SCMS) website. This site is funded by the Presidentís Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) through the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and is managed by the Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PFSCM). The views expressed herein on the website do not necessarily reflect those of USAID or other branches of the US government.

Your use of SCMS website is subject to applicable federal, state or local laws, including those to such areas as libel, slander, defamation, trade libel, product disparagement, harassment, invasion of privacy, tort, obscenity, indecency, and copyright or trademark infringement ("applicable law"). The information available on SCMS Online may include intellectual property that is protected under the copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of the United States and/or other countries ("intellectual property laws"). The sole discretion of PFSCM shall apply in all cases.


UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL PFSCM OR ITS SUBCONTRACTORS OR FUNDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SCMS ONLINE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION USE OF OR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON SCMS ONLINE, INTERRUPTIONS, ERRORS, DEFECTS, MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, DELETION OF FILES, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, NONDELIVERY OF INFORMATION, DISCLOSURE OF COMMUNICATIONS, OR ANY OTHER FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE.


Indemnification: By participating in the usage of the site and secondary tools linked from the site, users agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PFSCM and its respective subcontractors and sponsors from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses that may arise from use of such described tools, and/or from user breach of these policies.


Unlawful Use of the Sites: There is to be no commercial, unlawful or harmful use of the SCMS website. Site features must be used for their intended purpose only. Portions of this site are limited to authorized users. Unauthorized attempts to gain access, upload information and/or change information on this website are strictly prohibited and subject to prosecution under Title 18 U.S.C., Sections 1001 and 1030, of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.


Information Quality Guidelines: Every effort is made to provide accurate and complete information. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors. This website does not represent official USAID communications. External links to other internet sites should not be construed as an endorsement of the views or privacy policies contained therein.
