Such Intellectual Property Laws generally prohibit the unauthorized reproduction, distribution or exhibition of all text, photographic and graphic (art and electronic) images, music, sound samplings and other protected materials. The violation of applicable Intellectual Property Laws may give rise to civil and/or criminal penalties.
You are cautioned that any online communications may not be fully confidential. In addition, you should be aware that federal postal regulations do not protect electronic mail. You should be aware that some administrative personnel of SCMS may, in the course of their regular duties, have access to communications for technical or operational purposes. SCMS may also disclose any communications to the extent permitted or required by law.
Disclaimer: The SCMS Online Community is defined as members from the technical program audience who participate in a collaborative portal managed by PSCM to share information about HIV/AIDS and supply chain initiatives. Opinions, information, and website links provided by Community members reflect the personal and professional interests of the members themselves. No documents submitted by Community members are to be posted without the proper permission. The sole discretion of PSCM shall apply in all cases.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL PFSCM OR ITS SUBCONTRACTORS OR FUNDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SCMS ONLINE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION USE OF OR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON SCMS ONLINE, INTERRUPTIONS, ERRORS, DEFECTS, MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, DELETIONS OF FILES, DELAYS IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, NONDELIVERY OF INFORMATION, DISCLOSURE OF COMMUNICATIONS, OR ANY OTHER FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE.
Indemnification: By participating in the Community and its forums, users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PSCM and its respective, subcontractors, and sponsors from and against any and all losses, claims, damages, costs, and expenses that may arise from use of the Community, and/or from user breach of these policies.
